The parcels of real estate being sold are tax delinquent, and have been twice offered for sale by the
County Sheriff. These parcels are sold on behalf of the State of Ohio and must, by law, be offered at
public auction annually. The County Auditor’s Office provides no guarantees regarding title, possession,
or any other matter. All parcels that are auctioned on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 will be in rem (potential lien)
or regular.

|
There will be approximately 245 parcels for sale and the bidding begins at $60 per parcel.
Cash, checks, or money orders are the only acceptable forms of payment.
A successful bidder must have a deposit of 15 percent or $150, whichever is greater.
If a bid is $150 or less, the purchase price must be paid in full, plus fees of $33.92.
Other rules and regulations governing the sale may be downloaded by
clicking here or obtained at the sale.
