With all the fun of an old-fashioned carnival, Lucas County Children Services celebrated National Adoption Day on Saturday, November 1.
Fourteen children received the gift of a new, forever family in formal adoption ceremonies with Lucas County Probate Judge Jack Puffenberger. They then enjoyed a morning of carnival games and crafts, followed by pizza and cake. LCCS staff and volunteers dressed as clowns to add to the festivities.
