NOTICE: Conveyance Fee Increase

This is to inform you that pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 322.02 & Resolution #08-1403, the Lucas County Commissioners have increased the Real Estate Conveyance Fee, effective January 15, 2009.
The conveyance fee will increase from the current $3.00 per $1,000 of the sale price to $4.00 per $1,000.
All funds generated from this conveyance fee increase will be dedicated to economic development efforts in Lucas County.

LEVY ESTIMATOR UPDATED FOR NOVEMBER 4 ELECTION

The Levy Estimator and Tax Distributor, features on our AREIS website, are updated to reflect the county levies that will appear on the November 4 ballot. This feature allows a homeowner to estimate their change in taxes if their respective levies pass.
